Hollie and Bailey mistaken for doctors.
Arrive to 150 people waiting. (Chaos.)
Pushing, shoving.
More mental breakdowns.
Bathroom. Outside. 'Nuff said.
8 hours, 200 patients later.
Worship time with the locals.
Heading to a new city.
Road to Mordor.
No brake lights.
11 PM.
